If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may be subject to non refund of the advance payment.
5. Client Obligations

Ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards.

Inform our technicians of any specific rules, regulations, or potential dangers on the premises.

Obtain any necessary permissions or approvals (e.g., from building management) for the work to be carried out.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Workmanship Warranty: Maverix Technical Services warrants its workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in the installation or repair work performed by our technicians. It does not cover issues arising from misuse, pre-existing conditions, or parts/materials not supplied by us.

Parts Warranty: Parts and materials supplied by us will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maverix Technical Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maverix Technical Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Website or Services, or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
